Join our online community of thoughtful, generous people who want to
keep developing as leaders,
and help others do the same.
A trusted place to bring the leadership situations you can’t always discuss at work, speak honestly about what you’re navigating and find a way forward with people who understand.
Be the first to hear about future membership opportunities. There’s no commitment to join.
A place to be honest about leadership
The more responsibility you carry, the fewer places there are to say what you really think.
You can be experienced, capable and deeply committed to leading well, and still face situations where you’re unsure what to do next.
Some challenges are difficult to discuss with your manager, colleagues or team. Sometimes the perspectives available inside your organisation are shaped by the same culture, pressures and assumptions.
The community gives you a trusted space beyond your usual working environment to think out loud, be honest about what you haven’t worked out yet and hear what other thoughtful leaders can see.
Bring the situation you’re facing now.
Say what you may not be able to say at work.
See the challenge through different eyes.
Leave clearer, supported and less alone.
WHAT BECOMES POSSIBLE TOGETHER
A different perspective can change everything
The community brings together real leadership experience, skilled facilitation and perspectives from beyond your usual environment, helping you see more clearly and lead with greater confidence.
Bring what’s real
Bring the situation you’re navigating now, in all its human complexity. You don’t need to arrive with the answer, or pretend that you already have everything worked out.
Start with what is actually happening.
See what others see
Explore the situation with people whose experiences, backgrounds and approaches differ from your own. Thoughtful questions and honest perspectives can uncover assumptions, choices and possibilities you had missed.
See beyond your usual point of view.
Find your way forward
Turn conversation into greater clarity, practical next steps and approaches you can try within your own leadership. Return with new experiences and continue learning together.
Keep developing through action and reflection.
WHAT LEADERS TOLD ME THEY NEEDED
A place to speak honestly, see differently and know they’re not alone
“Somewhere where you could bring some challenges that you might not want to share with either your boss or the other people in your team.”
“They’re in totally different companies, different environments, different everything - and then I found out there’s something similar happening there.”
“A group of people that have connections, that get to know each other, that support each other.”
That is the kind of community we’re creating.
Leadership can feel lonely. It doesn’t have to.
The Sprout Coaching leadership community is being created for people who want a trusted place to work through real challenges, learn from others and keep developing.
It will provide ongoing support for the situations that emerge in everyday leadership - from difficult team dynamics and leading through change to building confidence, developing others and finding a way forward when there is no obvious answer.

Who it’s for:
The community is for thoughtful people who lead, manage, develop or meaningfully influence others and want to become more confident and effective in the people side of leadership.
It may be particularly valuable if you:
Sometimes feel that you are carrying leadership challenges alone
Would benefit from perspectives outside your organisation
Are navigating change, difficult relationships or broader responsibilities
Want to create greater confidence, ownership and autonomy within your team
Want continuing support to apply, deepen and build on your leadership learning over time
Value honest, practical conversations with relevant peers
Want to contribute to other leaders’ development as well as your own
You don’t need a particular job title, level of seniority, sector background or conventional career path.
What matters is that leading, managing, developing or influencing others is a meaningful part of your role and that you are open to contributing, being challenged and learning from people whose experiences may differ from your own.
Different perspectives are central to the community
Leadership doesn’t have one look, background or style.
The community is designed to bring together people with different identities, lived experiences, professional backgrounds and approaches to leadership. That diversity is central to its value: what others see differently can strengthen everyone’s leadership.
Members will have enough common ground in the scope and complexity of their leadership responsibilities to support and challenge one another meaningfully, while bringing perspectives shaped by different experiences.
Everyone joining will be expected to approach difference with curiosity and respect, contribute to an inclusive and confidential environment, and support other members as well as learn from them.
Leadership development grounded in real situations
The community provides practical leadership development shaped around the situations members are facing now.
Members develop by exploring real challenges, hearing different perspectives, examining their assumptions, trying new approaches and reflecting on what happens. The learning comes from the combination of skilled facilitation, practical input, shared experience and continued application.
The community will combine:
Structured work on real people-leadership challenges
Skilled facilitation to help conversations reach greater depth
Practical leadership ideas, tools and approaches
Perspectives from beyond members’ own organisations and sectors
Space to apply insights to individual roles and circumstances
Continued reflection, action and accountability
Trusted relationships that develop over time
