FOUNDING APPLICATIONS NOW OPEN - DEADLINE 28TH OCTOBER
Leadership doesn’t have to be navigated alone
The Sprout Coaching Founding Leadership Community is a carefully selected online group for people who want to become more confident and effective in the people side of leadership.
Bring real leadership situations. Gain perspectives beyond your usual working environment. Build trusted relationships. Keep developing through practical, relevant conversations.
The group will intentionally bring together leaders with different identities, lived experiences, professional backgrounds and perspectives. That diversity is central to the experience: what others see differently can strengthen everyone’s leadership.
December 2026-February 2027
£90 per month for the three-month founding experience, with the option to retain your £90 monthly rate for your first 12 continuous months if you continue
One group of up to 12 founding members
Applications close at midnight on Wednesday 28th October 2026.
A place to think clearly about real leadership situations
As your responsibilities grow, the situations you face become more complex, while the number of people you can speak to openly often becomes smaller.
The community will give you a trusted place to step outside the immediate pressure, think alongside people who understand the responsibility of leadership and find practical ways forward.
It focuses on the people side of leadership: how you support, challenge, develop and influence others; build greater ownership within teams; navigate relationships and change; and lead in a way that brings out the best in different people.

Opportunities to help shape the future community
Who the community is for
The community is for thoughtful people who lead, manage, develop or meaningfully influence others and want to keep developing alongside relevant peers.
The community may be particularly valuable if you are:
Balancing strategic leadership with day-to-day problem-solving
Trying to create greater autonomy without losing standards or accountability
Navigating change, difficult relationships or broader responsibilities
Managing upwards or influencing across an organisation
Looking for impartial perspectives outside your workplace
Carrying situations you cannot easily discuss with your manager or colleagues
Looking for ongoing leadership development that fits alongside the demands of your role
Committed to supporting others as well as learning from them
You do not need a particular job title, level of seniority, sector background or conventional career path.
What matters is that you have meaningful responsibility for leading, managing, developing or influencing others; a current challenge, transition or development goal that gives you a reason to participate; and a willingness to contribute openly and learn from other people.
Different perspectives are central to the community
Leadership doesn’t have one look, background or style.
The founding group will deliberately include people with different identities, lived experiences, professional backgrounds and approaches to leadership. This will broaden the thinking available to every member and help prevent conversations from being shaped by only one kind of experience.
Sprout Coaching actively welcomes applications from people whose experiences and perspectives have not always been well represented in traditional leadership spaces. No individual will be expected to represent an entire identity, community or group.
When selecting the group, I’ll balance that variety with enough common ground in the scope and complexity of members’ leadership responsibilities for everyone to contribute, be challenged and learn meaningfully.
What the founding experience includes
A 90-minute Leadership Boardroom each month
The Leadership Boardroom is the core monthly session.
Members will bring current people-leadership situations from their own roles. One or more will be selected for the group to explore through facilitated discussion, thoughtful challenge and perspectives from other leaders.
Everyone will contribute to the conversation and consider how the insights apply to their own leadership. You should leave with greater clarity, fresh perspectives and practical next steps you can apply in your role.
Members are expected to make a genuine effort to attend all three Leadership Boardrooms.
An optional 60-minute Practical Leadership Lab each month
The Practical Leadership Lab will introduce a useful leadership idea, tool or approach, followed by discussion, application and action planning.
It is an opportunity to strengthen a particular aspect of your leadership, learn how others approach it and turn the learning into something practical.
The Lab is optional because two monthly commitments will not always be realistic, although founding members are encouraged to attend wherever possible.
Live, confidential conversations
Sessions will be live and interactive rather than recorded. This protects confidentiality and allows members to have open, useful conversations.
Proposed dates and times
All sessions will take place online at lunchtime. All times shown are UK time.
The application form will ask which schedule options could work for you and allow you to identify any individual dates you already know you cannot attend.
The final Boardroom and Lab schedules will be chosen to work for the greatest number of founding members.

What being a founding member involves
Founding members won’t simply join something that has already been fully decided. You’ll experience the community, support and learn from other members, and help shape how it develops.
You will be asked to:
Identify what you want the community to help you develop, navigate or achieve
Make a genuine effort to attend all three Leadership Boardrooms
Contribute to an inclusive, confidential and reciprocal environment
Bring relevant leadership situations and participate in discussions
Provide brief feedback during and at the end of the three months
Full participation and confidentiality expectations will be provided before accepted applicants confirm and pay for their places.
Founding price and commitment
The founding experience costs:
£90 per month for three months
Total initial commitment: £270
You can pay in three monthly instalments of £90 or request an invoice for the full £270. Your organisation can also be invoiced directly.
There is no obligation to continue after the three-month founding experience.
If you choose to continue, you will retain the £90 monthly founding rate for the remaining nine months of your first 12 months of continuous membership.
The intended standard price after the founding offer is £135 per month, or £1,440 when paid annually-the equivalent of £120 per month.
All prices shown are the total payable, including VAT where applicable.
Employer funding
If you would like your employer to fund your place, you can use the employer-funding summary to support your request.
Please apply even if employer approval is still pending.
How to apply
Applications close at midnight on Wednesday 28th October 2026.
Applications are not first come, first served. I’ll review them together to create a group with varied perspectives, relevant shared leadership experience and members who are ready to contribute to and learn from one another.
I’m initially forming one group of between 8 and 12 members. I’ll contact applicants with the outcome and proposed schedule during the week commencing Monday 2nd November. If you are offered a place, your first £90 payment will secure it.
If there is anything that would help you participate fully, you can share it in the application or contact me privately. You won’t need to disclose a diagnosis or personal information.
About the facilitator
Bianca Spruit, founder of Sprout Coaching
I have more than 20 years’ experience working in technology and leadership, including leading within start-up and scale-up environments.
I’ve experienced the difference between leadership that enables people to grow and leadership that leaves people feeling unsupported, unheard or afraid to act.
Training as a transformational coach changed how I led my own team. People developed greater confidence and ownership, reliance on me reduced, and both performance and culture improved.
I now help leaders move from providing all the answers towards building greater confidence, capability and ownership within their teams. My work combines practical leadership development, coaching and facilitated peer learning, helping leaders apply new approaches to the situations they are facing now.
Through my leadership programme ‘The Leader’, I’ve seen the wider effect created when leaders become more intentional and inclusive in how they lead: leaders recognise their own value, teams take greater ownership and fulfil more of their potential, organisations become stronger, and people feel valued and proud of what they are achieving together.
The founding community brings together the elements I believe make leadership development genuinely useful: honest conversation, skilled challenge, different perspectives, practical application and relationships built over time.
Help create a different kind of leadership community
I know what can happen when people with different perspectives and lived experiences feel welcomed, valued and able to be themselves - and share a genuine commitment to developing and supporting one another.
We don’t have to navigate leadership alone.
Together, we can make it more supported, more enjoyable and more effective - for ourselves, the people we lead and the organisations we help shape.
I’d love you to be part of creating that.
Applications close at midnight on Wednesday 28th October 2026.
