Leadership can feel lonely. It doesn’t have to.
The Sprout Coaching leadership community is being created for people who want a trusted place to work through real challenges, learn from others and keep developing.
It will provide ongoing support for the situations that emerge in everyday leadership - from difficult team dynamics and leading through change to building confidence, developing others and finding a way forward when there is no obvious answer.
Founding applications are now open
The first three-month founding experience will run online from December 2026 to February 2027.
Founding membership costs £90 per month for three months, with no obligation to continue afterwards. Members who do continue can retain their £90 monthly founding rate for their first 12 continuous months.
Applications close at midnight on Wednesday 28th October 2026.

Access practical tools and skilled facilitation
Turn good intentions into action through reflection and accountability
Build trusted relationships with leaders beyond your own organisation

Who it’s for:
The community is for thoughtful people who lead, manage, develop or meaningfully influence others and want to become more confident and effective in the people side of leadership.
It may be particularly valuable if you:
Sometimes feel that you are carrying leadership challenges alone
Would benefit from perspectives outside your organisation
Are navigating change, difficult relationships or broader responsibilities
Want to create greater confidence, ownership and autonomy within your team
Want continuing support to apply, deepen and build on your leadership learning over time
Value honest, practical conversations with relevant peers
Want to contribute to other leaders’ development as well as your own
You don’t need a particular job title, level of seniority, sector background or conventional career path.
What matters is that leading, managing, developing or influencing others is a meaningful part of your role and that you are open to contributing, being challenged and learning from people whose experiences may differ from your own.
Different perspectives are central to the community
Leadership doesn’t have one look, background or style.
The community is designed to bring together people with different identities, lived experiences, professional backgrounds and approaches to leadership. That diversity is central to its value: what others see differently can strengthen everyone’s leadership.
Members will have enough common ground in the scope and complexity of their leadership responsibilities to support and challenge one another meaningfully, while bringing perspectives shaped by different experiences.
Everyone joining will be expected to approach difference with curiosity and respect, contribute to an inclusive and confidential environment, and support other members as well as learn from them.
Leadership development grounded in real situations
The community provides practical leadership development shaped around the situations members are facing now.
Members develop by exploring real challenges, hearing different perspectives, examining their assumptions, trying new approaches and reflecting on what happens. The learning comes from the combination of skilled facilitation, practical input, shared experience and continued application.
The community will combine:
Structured work on real people-leadership challenges
Skilled facilitation to help conversations reach greater depth
Practical leadership ideas, tools and approaches
Perspectives from beyond members’ own organisations and sectors
Space to apply insights to individual roles and circumstances
Continued reflection, action and accountability
Trusted relationships that develop over time
Interested in future membership?
If the founding experience isn’t the right timing for you, you can register to hear about future opportunities.
Registering will keep you updated as the community develops and ensure you hear about future membership opportunities before they are promoted more widely.
Registering for updates does not commit you to joining or paying for membership.
If you would like to be considered for the founding group running from December 2026 to February 2027, please don’t use the form below. View the founding offer and complete the separate application form by Wednesday 28th October.
